My name is Camila Cuevas. I am an economist and social scientist with experience in public policy, applied research, strategic planning, organisational development, and gender-responsive approaches.

I founded PonderAz Services to support organisations and institutions facing complex decisions, where evidence, moral reflection, and social context matter as much as outcomes. PonderAz refers both to the act of weighing carefully before deciding, and to the Mapuche concept Az-Mapu, which understands social order through respect for nature, others, and oneself. From this perspective, my work focuses on supporting morally just, coherent, and sustainable ways of acting and deciding.
